All your questions asked and answered ahead of the event.
Yes if you want a guaranteed conversation. The program runs 10 AM to 3 PM with only a few slots available for private conversations. You're welcome to stop by the Parabilis table at any time, but booking now is the only way to reserve time.
No. Teresa's background is government procurement — she's evaluated contracts from the buying side of the table. Most of these conversations are about where federal payment cycles are squeezing your cash flow and what your realistic options are. If contract-backed funding fits your situation, she'll tell you. If it doesn't, she'll tell you that too.
The room skews toward small and mid-sized federal contractors — 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB and HUBZone firms — plus the people who buy from them and advise them. The Houston panels include enterprise contract leadership from Humana Military covering DHA and TRICARE, the former director of NASA's Enterprise Pricing Office, a Jacobs program manager who ran USACE Galveston's multi-billion-dollar coastal projects, and government contracts counsel from Greenberg Traurig. If you're pursuing or performing federal work on the Gulf Coast, that's a useful room.
Registration runs through FORUM on Eventbrite. As title sponsor, Parabilis has complimentary registrations available — use code PARABILIS at checkout. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
